Your Server ID is printed on the sticker on the front of your server, or in the login credentials that were e-mailed to you. The Server ID is also in the subject line of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.
For general technical assistance, our telephone support team is available between 8am to 8pm for all time zones.
We also have 24/7 system down emergency support. Please note: Emergency support is only for situations where you can't make or receive any telephone calls with any phones, it's affecting your business, and your server was working previously. Simply call into the technical assistance hotline (1-866-FONALITY) and follow the menu options to "declare an emergency". Our system will connect you to an on-call emergency technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
