How to retrieve a deleted IVR extension

Once an extension has been deleted, there will not be a way to retrieve. You can recreate the extension.

  1. Check that the  IVR still exists

    1. Go to Tools > PBX Features > IVR Editor

  2. Reassign an extension to the IVR

    1. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

    2. Create Extension ( Choose Extension Type IVR )
