Telephony card appears twice in Switchvox

If there are ever duplicate entries of your telephony card under server>maintenance>telephony cards you can use the following steps to remove it:

  1. Go to setup>Call Routing>Channel Groups

  2. Select Modify next to a channel group

  3. Uncheck each channel until they are all deselected

  4. Click Save channel group

  5. Follow steps 2 through 4 until all channels are deselected in all channel groups

  6. Go to Server>Maintenance>Telephony Cards

  7. Click the Delete button next to each Telephony card appearance

  8. Click Scan for New Devices

 

After scanning and detecting the card, you can go back and re-distribute your channel groups in order to become fully functional again.
