How to create Extension Groups?

To create Groups

  1. Go to Setup > Extensions > Groups

  2. Create Extension Group

  3. Enter Extension Group Settings:

    • Group Name

    • Note

    • Voicemail/Fax Mailbox Quota (Note: If you leave this blank, it indicates unlimited space.)

  4. Individually add members or select groups
