Switchvox - How to retrieve my Voicemail

There are three options for retrieving voicemail:

Options #1
Voicemail can be retrieved directly from a Sangoma phone by selecting the "Msgs" hard key then select appropriate sofkey (Play, Delete, etc,.).

Option #2
Voicemail can be retrieved from an external/internal phone by:

Dialing one's own extension.
Pressing * during the VM greeting to log into current VM box.

Note - The * setting needs to be enabled under Tools > Voicemail (please see illustration below)

Option #3
Voicemail can be retrieved from an external/internal phone by:

Dialing the voice mail access ext (default is x899).
Answering the prompt for the extension number.
Answering the prompt for the numeric (voice mail) password.
