Switchvox - How do I retrieve my Voicemail

Three options for retrieving voicemail:

Options #1
Voicemail can be retrieved directly from a Digium phone by selecting the "Msgs" hard key then select appropriate sofkey(Play, Delete, etc,.)

Option #2
Voicemail can be retrieved from an external/internal phone by:

1. dialing one'sown ext

2. Pressing * during the VM greeting to log into current VM box

          Note - The * setting needs to be enabled under Tools > Voicemail (please see illustration below)

Option #3
Voicemail can be retrieved from an external/internal phone by:

1. Dialing the voice mail access ext (default is x899),

2. Answering the prompt for the ext number

3. Answering the prompt for the numeric (voice mail) password
