Description: When receiving an incoming fax to an extension, some faxes will instead ring the extension's phone until answered by Voicemail causing the fax to fail. The expected behavior would be for the extension's phone to ring once while fax detection enables, then receive the fax into the fax mailbox of the extension. This appears to affect systems using PRI channel groups as an incoming route.
