Setup an Installation appointment - How do I?
Reply to the Installation e-mail (Preferred)
We send you an e-mail titled:
[Fonality Ticket #NNNNNNN] Important Information Regarding the Activation of your Fonality PBX - Server ID NNNNNPlease read the e-mail and fill out the attached "Fonality_Installation_Information" document. Reply with the requested information.
Tip: We recommend submitting your request at least 2-3 business days in advance. The Installation schedule fills up quickly.You should receive a confirmation within 1 business day explicitly stating that your Installation Appointment has been scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Support to schedule/confirm your Installation Appointment.
Important: Read the Installation Guide (there's also a paper copy included with your Fonality PBX system). It provides you with valuable information that will save you time and simplify your installation experience.
Ensure that the system is on-line and on your network prior to the installation appointment. Use the directions in the Installation Guide.

Call us directly (Option)
During business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PMÂ Pacific Time).
Dial 866-366-2548 (or 310-861-4300).
Press option 2 for support.
You will need your Server ID number, which is usually 4-6 digits and can be found in several places:
Part of the username in the Web Admin login credentials that were e-mailed to you (or included in the envelope taped to the side of your PBX).
In the subject of all e-mails Fonality Support sends you.
Depending on where you purchased your PBX, it may be printed on the front of the server as "Server ID: NNNN".
