Switchvox- Members suddenly cannot answer calls from the queue

  1. Check if Acknowledge Call is set to YES for the queue.

  2. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

  3. Under  Queue Member Settings, check if Acknowledge Call is set to YES.

  4. Set this to NO and test if it works

Note - Yes indicates that members must press the 1 key to accept the call. If the member hangs up without pressing 1, then the call goes to the next appropriate queue member.
