Switchvox- Members suddenly cannot answer calls from the queue

  1. Check if Acknowledge Call is set to YES for the queue.

  2. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

  3. Under  Queue Member Settings, check if Acknowledge Call is set to YES.

  4. Set this to NO and test if it works

NoteYes indicates that members must press the 1 key to accept the call. If the member hangs up without pressing 1, then the call goes to the next appropriate queue member.
