Fonality is proud to offer Hewlett Packard (HP) hardware. All of our HP products come standard with the following warranties:
Standard warranties (HP parts only)
HP Mini-Tower (DX2200) – 1 year Next Business Day warranty*
HP ProLiant Rack-Mounted Server (DL360) – 3 year Next Business Day warranty*

Regarding hardware failures and using your warranty

Regarding your warranty date being out of sync of purchase date
Should you run into any issue where the warranty, according to HP, is out of date, but it is within 12 month of the date of our sale to you, as long as you can prove when you purchased the HP hardware from us the warranty should start from your purchase date from Fonality. All this usually entails is simply faxing your Fonality invoice to HP. An HP representative will be happy to work with you by calling 800-277-8988. Regarding parts covered by Fonality
All parts on your HP Fonality PBXtra are coved by HP’s warranty for the length of time indicated above EXCEPT:
Hard drives not installed by HP
RAM not installed by HP
RAID arrays
Analog FXO and/or FXS cards and ports, Digital TDM cards
A warranty of the three items listed above is provided by Fonality for a period of one year from receipt of your PBXtra server, irrespective of any extension of your HP warranty.
