Switchvox - Negative Timer Issue in Queue
The PBX sends call start time to the Switchboard client, and the client will determine what the call timer should be using the local desktop 'now' time for calculation and then it sends call start time to the Switchboard client, and the client will determine what the call timer should be using the local desktop "now" time for calculation. So, if the time if off on the computer vs the Switchvox, the call will come in with a negative timer.
To fix this issue, the time on the computer and Switchvox needs to match. It could either be the system clock is off either on the Switchvox or the computer.
