Calls are not recording

Inbound Queue Call Recording

Please read How do I setup automatic inbound queue-call recording? and make sure you have correctly configured your PBXtra for automatic queue-call recording.

Call Recording via HUD

Please read How to: Configure HUD Permissions and make sure that you've granted the Record My Calls permission to yourself and anyone else who should have the ability to record a call on-the-fly.

Hard Disk Space Considerations

Because recordings are stored locally on your PBXtra , if you run low on hard disk space, recordings may no longer be written to disk properly.  To configure an Alert that will notify you when your PBXtra starts to run low on disk space, please read How do I configure Alerts?
